We had our initial hiccup post execution with Chattels and previous execution manager but thank a lot to Arun and Sarvana who promptly intervened and helped us get things fixed before we moved into the house. They listened to our concerns very patiently and helped us get things fixed on time. He would consolidate all issues and bring his team and get things fixed with no further scope of complaints.

There was good response and support from Field Engineer Yashas from Jakkur Branch to resolve the issue after fixing it during warranty period. Technician team Uday, Sonu and Ricky came immediately and did a quality work. Good job guys.
We had a few issues with the sliding doors for both bedrooms and the soft close wasn’t working. We connected with Uday for replacement since it was under warranty period. After months of exploration, it was fixed by Uday, Sonu and Ricky. We are happy with the outcome.

My home interiors were done by Chattels Whitefield. A few months after handover, I started having an issue with the sliding mechanism of one of the cupboards. Upon raising it, Uday, Sonu and Ricky showed up from Chattels Hebbal and promptly replaced the mechanism very efficiently. Very satisfied with the quality of work and overall customer support.

Thanks to Uday for arranging carpenter for GBR loft soft close not working. Sonu and Ricky from carpenter team replaced the soft close hardware. Hope this issue will be fixed permanently now as it was recurring issue.
